Firewalls and Access Controls: Our infrastructure is secured by industrial-strength firewalls. Commonly exploited ports, including FTP (21) and SSH (22), are restricted to ThenMedia's static IP addresses to mitigate unauthorised access.

Database Management: Data is managed using MariaDB/MySQL databases and accessed via our bespoke CMS, which is developed in-house. This CMS operates on an NGINX/PHP architecture on a customised installation of Linux, selected for its robust security and efficiency.

2. Third-Party Access

Independent Engineers: While no third-party companies or organisations have access to our systems, it may occasionally be necessary for independent data-centre engineers to access servers for upgrades or essential maintenance. In such instances, access is strictly limited in scope and duration and is closely monitored by ThenMedia personnel.
