ThenMedia CRM — Terms of Service

ThenMedia CRM is a customer-relationship management service operated by ThenMedia for businesses using the ThenMedia web platform. It is provided to those businesses under their service agreement with ThenMedia; it is not offered to the general public.

The service connects, at each business's request, to third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram and WhatsApp Business) in order to receive and send customer communications on that business's behalf. Each business is responsible for the content of the messages its staff send, and for using messaging channels in line with the third-party platform's own terms — including WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.

Access to the service is by named user accounts issued by ThenMedia or by the business's administrators. ThenMedia may suspend access to protect the service, its users, or the customers whose data it holds.
