ThenMedia CRM — Data Deletion
ThenMedia CRM stores customer contact details and message history on behalf of the businesses that use it. If you have communicated with a business through this platform — including via Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp — and would like the personal data held about you deleted, you can request this at any time.
How to request deletion: email info@thenmedia.co.uk with the name of the business you dealt with and the email address or phone number you used to contact them. We will verify the request, delete the associated contact record and message history from the CRM, and confirm completion — normally within 30 days.
Deleting data here does not affect any copies held by the messaging platform itself (for example, your own WhatsApp chat history), which is governed by that platform's privacy policy.
